A fun day was held by all at the Kew Neighbourhood House in conjunction with the Australian Cancer Council`s `Biggest Morning Tea`. Over sixty people wore pink, enjoyed a pink morning tea and painted pink mandalas, The mandalas from the workshop where exhibited at the `UpClose in Pink` mandala exhibiton at the Susan Koen Gallery Oregon

During times of transition mandalas serve as visual guides that gently lead us to a place of wholeness and healing self-reflection. They represent a microcosm of the self, harmony and sometimes, the act of divine powers at work. As breast cancer brings powerful emotions of transformation to the surface, creating mandalas can make the journey both more meaningful and more manageable.

I painted this pink mandala for my two sisters Sheena Edwards and Wilma Gibb both who died with cancer

Women who have been affeted by breast cancerliving in central Victoria articipaed in a
