The Sanskrit term mudra primarily means `seal` implying stamping, impressing or marking.
Mudra as hand gestures abound in Hinduism
and Buddhism alike.
This mandala depicts my trip to South India and the Kalachakra – it was inspired by my friend Tenzin- a Traditional Tibetan healer.
